WHY IS IT REQUIRED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH US?
Simply put, we dont use emails to communicate. We’ve developed a secure internal messaging system directly linked to your ACCOUNT dashboard, which you can register below. Once you are signed in, navigate to “Order Confirmations / Messages.” You’ll receive order updates, tracking information, and can chat with us from this one area of your dashboard. Once you have checked out you can access your account via the header on the website or hamburger menu on mobile.
Remember, you’ll need to sign in to receive or send any information with us, so please make sure to write down your password and keep it safe!
