Upon receiving your order, we will process it and send it out as long as its before 12 o’clock. If not it will be ou the next business day. We are on top of getting your order out ASAP.

To keep anonymity we never send mail out at the same location, carrier or city. Please note that your mail carrier will most likely always be different.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and instructions to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment online.
If the destination of your package is bound for anywhere except within the boudaries of Canada, we will not process it and wont send back your money either. We dont have time for it.
