    Pretty soild would actually change too a four I’ve never done ket before mainly only stimulants and was surprised with how much it took me to actually get pretty twisted but overall used about four sprays of the blue raspberry one I paired it with and then about a quarter of the bottle of the grape and I can’t lie. I was definitely pretty twisted after that overall the effects were great just maybe slightly lacking on the potency because it was my first time and I ended up doing about 250 mg
